Stephen P. Hayford, Esq.

Stephen P. Hayford, Esq. serves as Legislative Director of New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms (NYCF) and as Communications Director of New Yorker’s Family Research Foundation (NYFRF). Stephen is a Christian attorney with years of experience as a volunteer advocate and grassroots organizer in the pro-life and pro-family movements. Stephen obtained his B.A., summa cum laude, from Drew University in 1995, and received his law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002. Before joining the staff of NYCF and NYFRF in January 2013, Stephen spent more than ten years at an Albany-area law firm, where he represented churches and nonprofit organizations with a specialty in real estate law. Stephen is an Allied Attorney of the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) and has been named to ADF’s Honor Corps.
