McGuire Offers Remarks Following Mass Shooting In Buffalo

Rochester, NY—Ten people were killed at a Buffalo supermarket Saturday in a heinous mass shooting. Three others were injured. The gunman appears to have been motivated by racism. Jason J. McGuire, executive director of New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms, offered the following remarks upon hearing the tragic news.

“An 18 year-old kid drives 200 miles to murder those with more melanin than he, though they bled the same color red. I know that there is a God and that there is a Devil. I know that the two are at war. Still, I’ll never understand the hate that seemingly drives some to do such evil acts. May the God of all comfort be close to those grieving this night, and may He deliver us from every evil.”
