We begin by panning the Vice Presidential Debate. The debate was much calmer than the chaotic presidential debate a week earlier, it still managed to draw clear contrasts between the two candidates.
While we are speaking about elections, today’s program will take a look at the race in Senate District 42, a race that pits the incumbent Senator Jen Metzger (D) against the Republican Mike Martucci.
Regarding state news, the biggest event of the week was Gov. Cuomo’s renewed clampdowns on certain regions of the state. We’re again seeing schools closed, businesses shuttered and worship attendance restricted.
There is good news, though. A federal court has ruled in favor of an evangelical adoption agency in Syracuse, NY.
