Thank you for joining this week’s edition of the Albany Update.
Let’s begin today’s program by looking at the recently concluded legislative session. We’ll fill in a few blanks regarding what did and didn’t pass at the tail end of the 2021 session.
Then, we’ll go more in depth regarding a piece of the progressives’ criminal justice reform agenda known as the “Clean Slate” Act.
Next up, we’ll look at Governor Andrew Cuomo’s latest relaxing of the COVID restrictions.
After that, this week marks ten years since same-sex “marriage” was legalized in the Empire State. We’ll offer a few thoughts as New York marks this sad anniversary.
